Claustrophobia Training - continued...

6. take off your slippers
7. crawl back out until your head and shoulders are looking out of the entrance - enjoy your sunglasses
8. pause and contemplate again on the meaning of life, what kind of monsters may lurk in the dark behind you or what species of snakes, spiders, scorpions, centripedes or other insects may bite in your legs, etc.
9. if you notice a strange smell on your body or on your shorties, it might be that someone used your cave before you did or you might have a serious problem with Claustrophobia
10. if you feel comfortable at any moment of this training you do not have any problems with Claustrophobia
11. crawl out of the cave and pretend that you lost your slippers
12. ask your friend - the particular one, who plans to accompany you at your next big caving adventure - to go and get your slippers for you
13. if your friend refuses to do so, probably her or his IQ does not match yours - which you just have proofen to be eqal of that of caveman (troglodytes)
14. if you and your friend managed to successfully survive this training, try again in a small jungle cave ...
;-)
