red and cyan anaglyph images / red and cyan color anaglyph images
Stereovision of red and cyan anaglyphs or red and cyan color anaglyphs is supported by red and cyan glasses.
The red lens over the left eye allows only the red part of the anaglyph image through to that eye, while the cyan lens over the right eye allows only the cyan part of the image through to that eye. Portions of the image that are red will appear dark through the cyan filter, while cyan portions will appear dark through the red filter. Each eye therefore sees only the perspective it is supposed to see.
Color view in "color anaglyphs" is quite limited. While impressions for colors like green, yelow or blue are not so bad in red and cyan anaglyphs, red is not well represented.
If only red and green glasses or red and blue glasses instead of red and cyan glasses are available its worth to give it a try but be aware that separation of images will not be perfect.
Three-dimensional sight of images can
only be achieved if eyesight of both eyes is sufficient.
